2-6-6-2 Mallet

Does anybody know what is the gear ratio in the 2-6-6-2 Bachman Mallet?
Also would be helpful to know the amp output for the smoke unit ?
The valve gear looks like been assembled in the wrong way?
In a scale 1:20.3   should the boiler be close to 3 inches diameter ?
