Is it an easy project to remove the existing cab on the engine in order to replace it with a open cab?

Underneath the cab you will find two small screws. Undo those and the cab should lift off. Be careful with the pipng that goes into the front of the cab from the whistle. I did not remove mine, but I loosened the srcews and the cab was loose, so that should be it. Bruce
