DD40AX DCC Equipped Union Pacific #6910 62106 change to include sound

Does Bachmann sell parts to change this locomotive to have DCC and sound?

If you want to upgrade, SoundTraxx suggests the TSU-PNP 885013 Tsunami2 board:

I would suggest using one of their Mega-Bass speakers for the best sound:

Not having one myself, I don't know if the DD40AX has a built in speaker enclosure/baffle or not.

Look on the bottom of the fuel tank to see if there is 2 sets of holes side by side. If not, remove the fuel tank. There should be room for speakers. A fuel tank with the holes in it as well as one with 2 speakers is available from the Bachmann parts store.  Joe
