decoder into IH Farmall loco

I have a International Harvester - Farmall locomototive made by Bachmann.  I want to install a decoder.  How do i get the interior weight off.  tha shell wasn't no problem & I don't want to "experiment" in getting to the motor for connecting it to the decoder.  can yo please give me directions on how to accomplish this?  Thanks

If it's the FT loco, there should be two screws on the bottom holding the fuel tank and motor mount in place.
