Bachmann Ho scale 3 truck Shay part

First, does anyone know how to get  an oil tank for a model of a
Bachmann HO scale 3 truck Shay rigged as an oil burner ?

Next, same question but for a shot gun stack for this model ?

Last, what constitutes a "sticky" topic on this forum site ?

Dear Bill,
The service department should be able to supply an oil bunker.
A sticky is a topic that I want to remain on top of the board so it won't get buried by subsequent posts.

I inquired about this very part some time back, (oil tank for the shay), and got a less than satisfactory response. Hopefully you will have better luck, if so, would you please post your "success" here so others may try again?

I have contacted the Bachmann service department and am patiently
waiting for a reply -- but not convinced I will get one.

Well, according to most people, the Bachmann service is great. So great, they post about it. So, I believe you'll get a reply.

My experience with Bachmann service department has been excllent
in the past but of late not near as good. Quite possibly they are just
very busy.
I shall patiently wait.

To kenp and anyone else interested, I have contacted Bachmann parts
and was told the oil tank is definetely not available.
