consolodation 2-8-0 motor availability for 410650 old engine

I have an older consolodation 2-8-0 locomotive and tender #41-530-10 steam engine and the motor quit.   Bachmann no longer carries parts for this locomotive.   Anyone know where i can purchase a motor or the brushes and springs kit for it??

Define motor quit? How old is this loco?
DCC or DC type?
Is it the pancake motor in white plastic case or the can motor type?
Generally the can motor ones were ok. Not so the pancake type.
Just wondering, can you tell if the motor is turning? Maybe the belt is broke if the can motor type.
Also, the 2-8-0 has had issues with pickups. There was a posting here some years ago.
Do you have a multi-meter for trouble shooting?
If DC, an ohm meter should show under one hundred ohms resistance with meter probes on left and right drivers.
Does the tender have pickups? Bachmann locos, at least older DC pickup on one side for loco and other side for tender.
Newer DCC but set for DC ready locos pickup both sides of loco as well as the tender.
Do a visual on you loco. With no pictures, just guessing.
