F7A runs but no sound?

I just purchased a F7A item number 64305 with dcc sound value.  I'm running it just fine and lights work.  My controller is a MRC prodigy express. I can't get any sound? Any ideas

Try'd that but still nothing

Maybe your Loco lost the Programming. I would try re programming your Loco on a main line track ( if your equipment has that option) Or if you have a programming track try that or if your Loco is running fine there is a chance you turned off the sound or the sound got shut off maybe you hit a button on your controller by chance. I have done that a few times myself turn off my locos sound by hitting a button on my remote.
