SF Carble Car not working

Hi, I SF Cable Car #60542 is not working. Can someone tell me what I can do to remove the motor block from the chassis?

OKAY, no answers
Can Mr.Bachmann tell me if the Body Shell 3795 pop off the Chassis. And the little orange things showing bottom of Chassis 3781 are pins for the Interoir Panels. If I punch the orange pins, the panels drop and the motor block is off.

Unfortunately, no.....Mr. Bachmann probably can't answer your questions. Have you tried calling the service department? That's what the moderators here will most likely recommend you do.
