Heritage PRR 060 switcher

I am a volunteer with the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania.  We operate a Proto 2000 Heritage PRR 060 switcher and wish to add more weight to help it better negotiate a steep grade.  We do not have a manual or exploded drawing.  Does anyone know how to get the shell off the chassis?

Give Walthers a call for a diagram .They have good product knowledge ,or try hoseeker.com .A diagram may be in the literature  .Bachmann products here  .
