Bachmann K4 Kadee couplers

I am looking to put a  Kadee couplers on a Bachmann K4.  On the Kadee website it shows two different numbers. How do you determine if you have a new Spectrum model or just a Spectrum?

If you look at both sets of Kadee's instructions for converting the K4, then look at the coupler box on your tender, you should be able to figure it out. If it looks like a #5, or #148, will drop in with minor modifications, you have the new one. If there's no way either of those couplers will fit in the existing box, you have the old one.
