putting photos in thread HELP

Guys please help it's been so long since I've had the need and I know it was through a 3rd party site but how do you put photos into your posts?

I use photobucket. Some use Flikr. I think there are one or two other photo sharing sites that will work on this forum.

Once you upload your photos to photobucket, you can copy and paste the IMG link to make the photo appear in your posts.
