Bachmann mainline 85' cars: worth the money??

i am thinking of getting some of Bachmann's new 85' mainline series streamline passenger cars. are they worth the money? they sure look nice. am thinking of getting one of the baggage-lounge cars, couple of the large window coaches and a diner car for my HO scale layout the Leelanau County Rwy.

I think the first question should be, how large is your layout.  If it is 4 by 8 or smaller, I don't think you would be happy with them.  Are they worth the money or not is mainly up to you.   If they don't look nice, or run good on your layout, you will not be happy with them.
