The headlight doesn't work on my new Liberty Bell train set.  Do I have to purchase a bulb or is  it defective?

Have you determined if it is burned out or if it is a matter of a disconnection to the bulb?

How would I check the connection?? The train set is brand new I got it for Christmas and have just set it up.

It come with a diagram of the locomotive?
If not, did you search on the front page of this Forum under Parts, Service & Information and then Product Reference, for a diagram?
