Rail-truck wiring

Anyone ever buy a rail-truck frame? I have just recently recieved mine.new abnd the first thing i found was a wire that was bundled up with the rest at the circuit board was loose on one end..........I traced it and it runs under the exhaust pipe to the board that sits directly under the front trucks...anyone where does this wire hook at the main board? Did it break off in shipping? It looks like its never been hooked up.......
