Trying to attach a picture to my post.

I am trying to upload a 120kb photo and keep getting the message "The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator." I can't figure out how to notify the administrator.

There's a quick tutorial on how to post photos.  You need a photo sharing account like photobucket or flikr.
