New Bachman Baldman L&N 4-4-0 Steam loco DCC-Sound

My new Bachman Baldman L&N 4-4-0 Steam Loco DCC-sound that I just received is not running the DCC Sound is working. The tracks are clean all my other engines are working. Is there something I can trouble shout to find the problem or will it be necessary to send the engine back?

Make sure the 2 plugs between the tender and loco are in all the way. Are you running this on address 3? It's the default address from factory.    Joe

Hi, it is dual mode, so try it on DC if you can just to see if it runs.
