SD40-2 DCC on-board lighting

I have a dcc on board sd40-2 and would like to know if it is possible to program the front and rear lights to operate on separate function buttons?Thanks.

No. You will have remove current decoder and install another decoder to do what you want.

I just found some reference about the decoder online and it shows a brightness/dimmer adjustment for the lights that is all.It has been working good.May just leave well enough alone, or get some sound for it then I will have all of those lighting functions to add.
