Dynamis Problem

Hi all, I have been running my Dynamis DCC system ever since it came out and just this past day, it seems that the display is not turning on anymore. I have put 2 sets of fresh batteries in and nothing. I have gotten my old DC controller out for the time being. Has this happened to anyone else? I haven't had any problem until now, but I have been using rechargeable batteries for the last 2 years so I am not sure if that has anything to do with it. Any help will be great!! Thanks in advance!

Edit: Just thought of this after I typed this up. If I do have to end up sending it back, will I have to send the whole system back or just the handheld?

Sounds like you would only need to send in the handheld - contact the service department to confirm this

I will give them a call! I see that prices are listed for how much engines would be to send in, what about the dynamis?
