K4 trailing truck question

Bachmann do the trailing trucks on your K4 mount the same as your other engines? And second will they be available as separate parts? If the answer is yes to both,this would be great for those of as wanting to convert our Bachmann engine to delta trailing trucks.

 Looks to me like they could swap with some of the others . They are made similar and mount in more or less the same location any way .
