Sound board with no 8 pin socket

I bought a used shay no dcc but sound.  It does not have the 8 pin socket on the light board.  Information requested.  Thanks in advance.

If it is a Bachmann factory installed DCC system it would have to be DCC in order to have sound...

Thanks for info.  It looks like factory installed but the only sound is the "chuff" and it does not respond to any dcc commands.  When I put my NCE Power Cab into the programming track mode it shows a manufacturer code if "141" and decoder version "064".  I think that this is Soundtraxx but I don't know about the version.  Is there any way to "reset" this decoder?

Rolling my last reply, I was able to determine that it was a factory installed dcc sound decoder.
