I wanted to add, a while back, while looking around for possible purchases, I saw some person on the ebays selling cars with lights, trees,  lamp posts, and other assorted scenic items for a shockingly low price, shipping from china. Having not purchased any I cannot speak to their quality however it is worth looking into.

"WeHonest" perhaps?  I bought some green/red DC operated signal lights from them.  Nice and a great price.  They sell all kinds of lamps, figures etc. etc.

I'll go with 10 a square foot just to tell the club something.  If we beat it after starting, great.  Museum quality, I don't know, it'll turn out however it does.
