Can you clarify the question a little?

Are you asking if the two legs of the crossing can be powered individually if used for two seperate tracks that happen to cross each other? If the entire crossing is powered if used in a figure-8 arrangement? Or something else?

The answers to the first two are yes, and yes. The third depends on what it is.
