I doubt it, but hopefully one day. Keep in mind the 2-6-0 can be retrofitted with DCC and sound, but it's not easy to do and certainly not a locomotive you would want to "learn" on.

Two ideas for you, Frisco.  Harold Minkwitz has some excellent articles, and has documented his techniques for installed DCC and sound in the Mogul.

Also, you might contact a shop that specializes in DCC, like Tony's Train Exchange [http://www.tonystrains.com/] or even your local hobby shop.  They may know of some local resources, esp. if you live in a larger city.
