Switch control box

I just set up 4 new #4 switches and two do not work.What can I do?

first determine whether the problem is in the switch or the control box. plug the switch into one of the control boxes you know is working and see if it will work.

I did, I tried it on the 2 that worked and it still didn't work.

Make sure the plug is seated all the way in the control box. I had one with that issue andd finally started wiggling and pushing on the plug and it started working. The plug was super tight going in the box like it was too big.
