Board inside a 4-8-4 niagra tender

I am trying to get to the board on my Niagara tender out, I have removed the ends and the trucks but it still will not come out is there something that I am missing. Thank You GEM

Have you looked at the parts diagrams for your engine? Click on the "Parts, Service & Information" link in the top banner and choose exactly which engine you have. It appears there are 2 screws that hold the board in place but depending on which engine you actually have there are 2 different boards.
