Dynamic wireless system

Good afternoon all.
I am very interested in beginning to use the EX Command Dynamis Wireless system on my HO layout (to be built in the near future).
Where can I find all info such as limitations on infrared systems, controllers to use, if a receiver is needed for the signals, etc.

Also go to You Tube and watch the Bachmann videos on setting up and using the system.
