For the record, I of course disagree with your assessement of me dude as you do not know me either.  If what you say is the truth: 

A) If you are so benevolent, why not just donate the set then, why have to ask so many questions first?
B) If I am not correct, why withdraw from your one day memembership in a huff if you were truly interested in getting more information on this set and anything else you want to find out about in the future?  It tells me you have no continuing interest in model trains and were just looking for the info you eventually obtained.  Plus you will miss out on all the other wonderful, helfpul folks you came across here.  Why deprive yourself of that?

Your response to me and subsequent action, tell me, all I need to know.

...And just in case you still drop by, you can tell steel track by putting a magnet to it.  The magnet will stick to steel track.
