I received a Bachmann HO Scale "Rail Chief" train set for Christmas. I am attempting to register it for warranty purposes. It was purchased by another family member at target.com. I have had two (2) conversations with someone via the internet at Target.com and they refered me to Bachmann to register my train with Bachmann for warranty purposes. I have not be able to make any contact with anyone at Bachmann. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

Placing your email in your post is a bad idea as other people will send you spam. To register your train, simply mail in the warranty card included in the set to Bachmann, there is no online registration.

Thanks for the info, I was hoping I could do it on line but snail mail is fine as well.
