Replacement engine - still stuck in pre-shipment?

Hi everyone, it's been about a week when my replacement engine was "supposed" to be packaged and shipped, but on the estimated delivery date, it hasn't arrived, and I checked the USPS website and it said that it was still in pre-shipment. The label was created, and it was picked up, but hasn't arrived or the status hasn't been updated. Any explanations?
