Regarding ho baldwin modern 4-4-0 dcc sound southern 3858

Have just purchased this loco from America, I have a HO  DCC layout. When I put loco on the tracks, all sounds work, when I increase speed steam chuff increases but no movement of loco happens. Please advise what I should do.

Thanks to those who helped me, however I went back to my setup & changed tracks & manually moved loco, then applied dcc power & all worked OK.

If nothing moves check for binding, or a broken, bent, or missing piece.
