how do i reset a bachmann decoder withe nce power cab?

Follow the decoder and NCE Power Cab instructions.



Technical Tip

Do not use the NCE Recovery Programming (Option 7) on page 54 of the printed Power Cab System Reference Manual REV. 1.65.

Read USE PROGRAM TRACK  section  CHANGE ANY CV IN DECODER. Refer to page 46.  Now

 now today the bachmann decoder   is dead won't do anything

After a successful decoder reset, the locomotive is controlled with address 3 until you program decoder to another address.
