sd70ace heritage cv132 and 196 nothing

Hello,
new sd70ace list cv 132 for air compressor and cv196 brake squeal sensitivity.I adjust the cv to 255 and nothing changes, no brake squeel or no air compressor.Is there something else that needs to be adjusted to get these sounds to work as they are listed Anybody?

Sound Value decoders do not feature air compressor or brake squeal sounds.

Contacted Soundtraxx and they stated there is no air compressor and brake squeal per Bachmann specs.Then why are they published that they have these in the cv listing published? Mistakes happen I understand ,but when it is a common thing a buyer will start to think something else and it would be a shame if this is happening .
