DCC Turnout Programming

Hi , I have a Dynamis operating system , all my turnouts are DCC operated , when I go into the programming mode , everything goes as per the instructions. When I turn the controller off to save battery power and turn back on again, all saved addresses for the turnouts appear to have been wiped out... what step am I missing.

You didn't give us enough information for a good response so I'm just going to take a wild stab at this. Did you put
the hand controller into Accessory mode to program the remote or did you try to program it the same way as you
programmed your locos? It makes a big difference. You must not program turnouts or accessories the same way as
you program locomotives.
