Cannot load picture

Trying to ask a question about a part of HO track I found and want to include a 45KB picture.
Get this Message ?
An Error Has Occurred!
The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator.
You already submitted this post! You might have accidently double clicked, or tried to refresh.

You need to post pics from an outside source such as Photobucket.
Upload your pics to photobucket, choose pic, clickon IMG link and it will copy it then paste to your post.

Form albums in Photo Bucket. Eventually it can be difficult to find a photo as your account grows.
Don't move a photo between albums. Just add the photo another album that may reflect the photo better.
Don't replace a photo with a better photo of the same item. The photos will disappear in the forum. Last I knew, you will get a warning from Photo Bucket not to do that.
