Dynamis not responding?

Hello all, new to this board.
The Dynamis main unit is blinking the left LED green fairly quickly.  I do not get any signal notification on the handset and it will not control the trains at all.  I have replaced the handset batteries with no change as expected.  Suggestions?  Help!

Did you read the manual?

If you don't have a copy, Google "Dynamis Manual".

Read page 22 in particular.

If you have fluorescent lighting try using incandescent lights.  Dynamis does not always work when there is fluorescent lighting.

That's my problem.  I replaced some of the bulbs in my den with incandescent and only have those lights on when I run the trains.
