One of the wires connecting the tender to locomotive broke from the plug.   Are there replacements available? For the HO Scale B&O EM1.

Where are they? I don't even see a listing for the EM-1 on the parts page.

Could it be interchanged with another?

You may be able to call Bachmann's service dept. for help or do a search of the forum as I think I have read where other's have changed the plug out with universal one's from an electrical supply house.

Is it under warranty? If you do not have the knowledge or skills to repair it yourself send it back. Not sure what your skill level is.

I don't want to send the entire locomotive back for a simple wire and plug.   I would think I'm not the only EM1 owner that has had the wires come out of the plug and that there should be a replacement part available. I can replace it myself.
