Cant control Bachman Trolley

I bought a Bachman 01025 Trolley at a show
I run it on 03
As soon as I put it on track it goes I cant control speed fwd or rev
I have a Digitrax zephyr
It is pretty old I have run older loco on 03 and they work fine
Any ideas

Whenever a DCC locos acts up, do a decoder reset. CV8 enter 8.

you may want to disable the analog conversion feature as well. it sounds like your decoder went into dc mode. when they do this, they see the constant power on the rails from dcc as a command to run at top speed.
