hi, just acquired these,  DCC on board, Read  chip, cv etc set to 008, 009 and put on track, there is a hum but no movement. On DC, perfect. What gives, john

Nothing gives.
Standard procedure with DCC, do a decoder reset. CV8 enter 8.
