Time Delay in Dynamis Command

Hi, I Have a Dynamis E-Z Command system. My hand set seems to have developed a massive time delay between command and action. I can start my train and nothing will happen for 20-30 seconds. Then it will start but very slowly. Then it's equally slow to respond in stopping. I have no idea what I have done? Any suggestions?

it sounds like you may have accidentally reset the acceleration and deceleration cvs in the decoder.

try a reset on the decoder.
