Mixing scales

Hey all;
I currently am running a HO scales DCC and a few trimmongs.  What I am considering is mixing HO and N scale in the same layout.  My question is are the power requirememnts the same.  In otherwords, can I run my HO DCC of the same power supply (Prodigy advanced) as my planned N scale DCC.

Any and all comments and suggetions are appreciated.

Read your DCC controller instructions, it should say. I run digitrax and I know some of the equipment has a selector switch for N-HO-O but some does not not like the digitrax zephyr  system which I have run both N & HO with (but not at the same time)

Sinse I don't do DCC, I can't offer an "educated" opinion, but... why not? The voltage is still the same!
