What happened to the NP and MILW S4 models?

I've been waiting with baited breath for the ALCo S4 switchers in the NP and/or Milwaukee paint schemes.  A Bachmann rep at the Sacramento show last year said they would be out soon.  The Bachmann website always shows them as "sold out" but I've never seen one for sale anywhere.  What gives?
