Niagara 4-8-4 tender diassembly 50301

How do I open the tender on a 4-8-4 Niagara to change the DCC decoder?  thanks.

This link is a diagram of the Niagara, including tender.  It appears there is a screw at the front of the tender, which will release the front panel, exposing the interior. That's a guess as I don't own one, yet.
