Turnout direction switches

I recently purchased Bachmann remote crossovers and remote turnouts. The crossovers came with large solid felling direction switches, the turnouts came with flimsy direction switches. the green wire connectors do not connect very well, they fall out of the flimsy direction switch connectors. Is it possible to purchase replacement large direction  switches, how do I find part numbers. I hope my terminology is correct and you can understand what I am referring to. thanks for your help
