Light operation

I have a 44 tonner DCC. lights won't turn on . I'm using a NCE system.
Somebody help please

If lights will not respond to pressing the "Headlight" key or the "0" key,  program CV 8 with a value of 8 to reset the decoder.

After decoder reset, run the locomotive using address 3 and test lights by pressing the "Headlight" key or the"0" key.  Still no lights, contact the place from which it was purchased for replacement or contact Bachmann Service Dept for your options.
