Bach-Man Problems With My Highrailer

Bachmann I bought a highrailer from my local hobby center and it doesnt run on my layout.  I have the same problem with my thomas and chattinoga but they have more power pickup.  Is there a way I cna get my highrailer to run insted of spitting and sputtering.

Try using common white vinegar, or better yet, a Brite Boy track eraser.

I for one don't care as long as he sticks to the rules.  His question about his highrailer is fair and pertinent and as deserving of an answer as any other question.

Cory, part of the problem is that the highrailler is very light.  And to make it worse, it has only four pickup wheels.  After your track is clean and the wheels are clean, one drop of conductive oil on each wheel can be a big help.  Your highrailler is not unique.  These novelty items are hard to keep running and never seem to run really well.  But they are still fun to have and to run occasionally.
