Dynamis headlight control

I just purchased a Bachmann Dynamis DCC controller.  All functions work well, except the head and tail lights of my four locos.  I've used Function 0, and 10, with no result.  I know the lights work on the locos.  What am I missing?

Oops.  Just found out there is a separate button for lights in addition to the F0 toggle.  Reading the directions really helps!  Hope this saves someone a call.
