E-Z track turnouts

Is there a difference between E-Z track DCC and analog turnouts and how can I tell which is which.

Dear Ol,
The analog turnouts have wire harnesses and controllers clearly visible in the blister packaging.
DCC controllers do not.

Dear oljonb,

If the packaging isn't in front of you,

The analog version has a green 3 conductor cable ("wire harness") coming out of it. 

The "DCC decoder equipped" version has no wires coming out of it. 

The analog crossovers confuse things, though, as they have analog control of the points (two 3 conductor cables each),

but work best with DCC on the rails, as there is no electrical separation between the two main lines. 

DC-Block (using  2 DC power packs = 2 "cabs") operation of trains on a crossover requires cutting of its divergent rails 

and conductive foils underneath to separate the two main lines.
