turnout 44864 and dcc

I'm a collector fore some years i have enof to start building my layout and my first question is turnout 44864 ez track what or how do i make them dcc friendly........

the second question i have collect over 25 bachman engines did try them this weak some are not working can i send them back at one time there they have all a limited live time warranty saves me a lot in shipping....
