Mark Gurries has a lot of experience in DCC. Realize, DCC electronics are rapidly evolving.

Unfortunately, newbies coming into the Bachmann forums will never look at any threads so store this one for future reference.
There are other current values for LED's. I have seen many in on line catalogs but 20 ma is still about the standard value.
