ON30 Street Car Set

I have the ON30 Bachmann Street Car Set.  I recently moved and I have two adapters packed with my set.  This is the set with the auto reversing track and shed and street car.  My question is what  adapter is correct i have one that is 4.5 v output and one that is 7.5 v output.  Please advise...any help is appreciated.

This would probably void any warranty, but providing they both are the same output ac, or dc and plugs have the same polarity orientation the likely hood of damage from trying the 4v first is very small. If it does not work or is slow it is more that likely wanting 7v.

Hi Guy,

I have 3 of these sets. The power supply is 7.5V, 300ma. Also, the center pin is positive. Hope that helps.
